Michael and Vanessa knew about Cardu, they had known about this ancient and evil creature for years. But what they did not know about was the Cult of Cardu. Formed a thousand years ago when Cardu was last summoned, the followers of the Cult were drawn to the house where their ancient Master had now been awoken. They brought with them many female offerings – all raven haired, for their belief was that Cardu required a raven haired woman to be appeased. Once they entered the house, the women were tied and stripped of all their clothing. They shouted and screamed and begged, until Cardu entered their mind and paralysed their bodies. They could feel everything, but do nothing.
